I started the day out wearing the skirt like that, but just now decided that it looks better like this:

I'm wondering if maybe the black boots would go better with a black top, but I still think it looks decent with white. Although I do feel like I have been making questionable boot/color choices lately...I blame the rain for limiting my options.
