spring term, day 4

A wonderfully windy day, which was great for these pants. They're my favorite pair, even though I probably wear them the least.

spring term, day 3

I didn't forget! Also, it was lovely outside today. A very good sign for the new term. :)

spring term, day 2

As promised, another post for today's outfit! You can see how I accidentally ripped my pants vertically once while trying to rip them horizontally. What you can't see is how my new earrings match my shirt almost perfectly. And because my webcam sucks, this picture doesn't help much either, but take my word for it, they're cool:

spring term, day 1

So I decided that this term, I'll make a post every time I take a picture, so this blog should actually live up to its name. :) I haven't decided about repeat pictures yet. My initial thought was no repeats, but since I probably won't repeat them too close in succession, maybe a refresher would be nice? Any opinions, dear [few] readers?

Despite the previous proclamation that I'd post whenever I take a picture, this post is a day late; I'll blame it on the craziness of getting back to school and unpacking. Today's post will happen later, as I'm still in my pajamas, but it should happen today! Anyway, here's to a new term and beautiful spring weather; I was outside yesterday without a jacket, and it was amazing. :D

winter term: goofs

As promised. :)

And my favorite:

winter term: the rest of it

Yeah, definite fail on updating the blog. But next term I'll have an extra hour and a half before I have to get up in the morning, which is so wonderful that I may actually update every morning before class...maybe. Anyway, here are the pictures. They don't include pictures from reading days/finals, because I essentially camped out in the libe and only wore really comfy clothes. At least warmer weather [spring is coming!] inspired some more interesting outfits.

Cameo from the Kanji Warrior of our Japanese movie!

Apparently this vest is maple cream-colored?

Winter Formal!

Bum day.

Somebody told me I looked like an upside-down pumpkin here...

My 50's/Pleasantville outfit, for a friend's film.

I like the design on this shirt a lot.

And that's it for winter term! Sometime soon I'll put up the traditional goofy-pic-post. There are some really good ones this time. :)

winter term, weeks 6 + 7 + 8

It appears that I fail a little at keeping this updated this term. Maybe next term I'll actually do one post per day, instead of a picture a day and once per week [or once per three weeks, as is the case this time...]. It would probably go better with the name. Anyway, on to the outfits:

I don't think I ever realized how clearly you can see my cell phone in my pocket until I saw this picture:

Taken in the hotel room when my family came to visit! It's horrible lighting, I know.

I danced a Bollywood dance for Holi! It was fun. :)

This is apparently my costume for our Japanese movie, in which I play a powerful master who betrays her students in the end, since I happened to wear it while filming. I will also post a picture of my "final transformation" costume, which will probably be a little ridiculous.
And a glimpse of fluffiness:

So winter term is almost at an end...I can't wait for spring break and then to come back to [slightly] warmer weather, not to mention a later class schedule - which means I may actually update on time next term! Also, just so you know, there is at least one really hilarious goof photo to look forward to during spring break. :)
